Thirty years ago, the Panagbenga Festival was born not just as a celebration, but as a promise. In the wake of the devastating 1990 earthquake, Baguio needed a reason to smile, a way to heal, and a signal to the world that we were ready to rise again.
Our theme, “Blooming Without End,” honors that unbreakable spirit. What started as a seed of hope amidst the ruins has grown into three decades of world-class floral artistry and creativity.
We celebrate not just the flowers, but the strength of a city that refused to stay down.

ABOUT THE LOGO
The 30th Panagbenga Logo features a Cordilleran woman as the central figure. She represents the people of Baguio, rising from and surrounded by the sunflower, the city’s well-known symbol. Together, these elements reflect the culture and identity of Baguio.
Her raised hands scatter flower confetti, capturing the joyful spirit of the Panagbenga Flower Festival. The pose also suggests gratitude, celebration, and a warm welcome to visitors. It mirrors the idea of “blooming without end,” symbolizing hope and continuing growth for the city.
